Support vehicles are not compulsory for solo riders.  A race crate system will be in place to allow solo riders to leave items at specific check points along the route.

 

Support vehicles can also provide additional feeding and technical support at checkpoints.  A high-clearance vehicle is not required.  No stopping or support along the route will be allowed.  Solo riders' support vehicles will not be allowed at checkpoint 1.  No support vehicles will be allowed to travel over Bakker's pass.

The support vehicles will need to pick up and drop off riders at the checkpoints at the end of each stage.  Support vehicles can also provide additional feeding and technical support at checkpoints.  A high-clearance vehicle is not required.  No stopping or support along the route will be allowed.  No support vehicles will be allowed to travel over Bakker's pass.

Support Vehicles

No support vehicles will be allowed to follow cyclist along the route, or provide support outside designated checkpoint areas.  Any support vehicle/driver found in contravention of the event rules will result in immediate disqualification and removal of their rider(s) form the event.
